Holden Ford Architects secured an unprecedented planning permission for this new build house in Wimbledon Village.   Replacing an existing 1950s house, this new home provides over 8,000sqft of accommodation - all above ground with no basement - and involves the removal of over 30 trees subject to Tree Preservation Orders.  Through considered design and planning expertise gained over 45 years we were able to secure the permission at the first time of asking.
